Located in Rua do Rosário, 233 - in the most trendy artsy neighbourhood, surrounded by art galleries, artist's studios and concept stores - ROSA ET AL Townhouse is made by travelers, for travelers. With only seven elegant and spacious exclusive varanda suites, this is not your typical hotel, but rather your exclusive townhouse in Porto. ROSA ET AL Townhouse makes life's choices simples. Three suite types offered, all with the feel of a contemporary home within an ancient townhouse in the center of Porto, with wooden floors, warm lighting, luxurious natural materials, and soaking clawfoot tubs.
In 2015, ROSA ET AL Townhouse opened its seventh suite in Rua do Rosário, a contemporary reinvention of the best tradition of garden pavilions and inaugurated its first BED & BRUNCH COLLECTION serviced loft near Praça da Batalha, within the UNESCO Heritage City Centre Porto.
In 2019, ROSA ET AL Townhouse introduced a second serviced duplex apartment with an Orange tree garden, named Casa da Laranjeira, also close to Praça da Batalha.

EXHIBITION
THRESHOLD by IMMA
From Old English therscold, the word THRESHOLD could mean the piece of wood or stone placed beneath a door - the doorsill - or either end of an airport runway. Threshold could also mean the starting point of an experience, event, venture, the place of begining, the outset; the minimum intensity or value of a signal; The point that must be exceeded to begin producing a given effect or result or to elicit a response; or, alternatively, the level at which something would happen, would cease to happen, or would take effect, become true.
LOG IN is the second solo-exhibition by IMMA at ROSA ET AL Townhouse, the new series of large-format photographs depicts multiple thresholds effects.
IMMA is a conceptual artist born in the early ninety-eighties, living between london, porto and berlin, who develops a transdisciplinary intermedia artistic practice.

IX BIAU ROSARIO
ROSA ET Al Townhouse selected for the IX BIAU Bienal Ibero-Americana de Arquitecture y Urbanismo, that takes place from 13 to 17 October 2014, Rosario, Argentina. Bed & Brunch Collection Townhouse in Porto is one on the fifteen architectural works representing Portugal at this BIAU edition.




QUIET IS THE NEW LOUD!
The architectural design of ROSA ET Al Townhouse, Bed & Brunch Collection, designed by the architect Emanuel de Sousa was selected for the Portuguese Architecture Exhibition 'QUIET IS THE NEW LOUD', produced by ESTRATÉGIA URBANA with the institutional support of ORDEM DOS ARQUITECTOS, co-organized with the Brazilian Museum of Sculpture, MUBE, and curated by architects Luis Tavares Pereira, Miguel and Nuno Sampaio Judas, within the activities of the 'Year of Portugal in Brazil'.
